G.S. Lohia College, Tinsukia had the privilege of setting up its first NSS Unit from the academic session 2018-2019. The first leg of the programme was launched by an inauguration session which was conducted by Ms. Tanushree Sarkar, the NSS Unit Co-ordinator of Women’s College, Tinsukia. There was huge enthusiasm amongst students for the programme and numerous applications were received seeking enrolment to this programme. Mr. Amit Agarwal (Assistant Professor) was entrusted with the responsibility to act as the co-ordinator for the NSS Unit in the college.
