The Youth Demand Charter was an initiative by NSS, Unicef India and Way Foundation Guwahati, which aimed at presenting certain demands to help solve the problems of corporal punishment and cyberbullying to the Government of Assam. The students were invited to be spokespersons of the pleas by sharing their own personal stories.
